Receiving your delivery

After the items in your order have been prepared and packed, a delivery driver will start the delivery process. In all cases, the person who prepares your order may not be the one who delivers it. 


To make sure you get your delivery as scheduled, we recommend the following:


  • Please regularly check your phone/email close to the time the delivery is expected.
  • Keeping an eye out for notifications and phone calls from the delivery driver
  • Leaving helpful instructions for parking, gate codes, or other clues to find your home.

Driver unable to find your location 

If the delivery driver can’t find your location, they will attempt to get in touch with you via message or phone call before taking further action. Unless specifically request for them to do so, drivers are unable to leave an order unattended. 


When a customer can’t be found or contacted for an extended period of time, the order may unfortunately be canceled.

Unavailable to receive delivery 

In the event that you are unable to be there to receive your delivery in person, we recommend first reaching out to a family member, friend, or neighbour to accept delivery on your behalf. Please make the driver aware of the change by adding a note in the delivery instructions or notify the corresponding store via phone call.


Alternatively, you can ask the driver to leave the order unattended in a designated spot at your own risk. DeliverMe will not be held liable for losses with the Contactless Delivery option.
