If you forgot your password or otherwise can’t access your account, follow the troubleshooting tips below:  

Forgot password 

To reset your password:


  1. Look for Forgot your password? on the login page
  2. Click or tap Reset it
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Click or tap Reset Password 
  5. Check your email for the reset email confirmation and follow the steps

If you don’t see the password reset email within a few minutes, please check your junk/spam folder.

Account suspended 

DeliverMe reserves the right to suspend customer accounts as a security measure to prevent fraud. The top priority is keeping your personal information secure.


If your account appears to be suspended, you won’t be able to place any orders. Please contact the DeliverMe team, and we can assist you.
