DeliverMe Refund, Returns, and Cancellation policy

Refunds and cancellations are subject to terms & conditions. Please read carefully to understand our various policies. 


To request a refund for any reason, you must make your request within 7 days of delivery or order placement.

Please let us know as soon as possible if your order suffers from the following issues:

  • Is missing items that you were charged for on the final receipt
  • Contains spoiled, or otherwise inedible items

Refunds are processed immediately, but it may take up to 2 weeks to reconcile for you to see the funds in your account, depending on your respective bank.

You will be offered a refund in the form of DeliverMe Coins that can be used immediately after we issue them.


Under no circumstances will the returning of items be allowed, subject to DeliverMe terms & conditions. DeliverMe reserve the right to decline incorrectly ordered items on a discretionary basis. DeliverMe will not be held liable in the event of a declined return request.

Canceling an order 

You can cancel an order for a full refund without any additional fees at any time before the order is accepted by the store. 

The process is simple on a browser or in the app—

  1. Select Account on the DeliverMe website
  2. Choose Your Orders 
  3. Select the order you’d like to cancel
  4. On the Order page, select Cancel order

When you cancel an order during the preparation or delivery processes, you may be charged a cancellation fee of up to R50. It is recommended that canceling an order, contact the respective store to make them aware of the cancelation.
