Did you see a charge from DeliverMe you don’t recognise? Before you reach out to us for help, you might want to double-check that it is not one of the following:

  • A temporary authorisation hold for an “Pending Order”

Final total discrepancy at checkout

When you place an order, we show you the anticipated total, including VAT and associated fees. The final total charged to your card may be different if any changes occur during the shopping process, such as—

  • An item is out of stock and you’re refunded
  • You added an item to your order after checkout

Recurring charges

For security reasons, DeliverMe does not store any card details on site. Our payment processor securely tokenises the card details on their PCI DSS Compliant servers and tags the initial charge as “recurring” so that you don’t have to re-enter your card information every time you place an order. Allowing for a more convenient checkout experience.

Fraudulent charges

If the above-mentioned scenarios do not apply, and you still feel the charge you see is fraudulent, please email us and include the following information

  • The last four digits of your card number
  • The date of the unauthorised charge(s)
  • The amount of the unauthorised charge(s)

We recommend talking to us before disputing unknown charges directly with your bank. Please email the important information above to Thando@DeliverMe.app
